“ It was Oct. 5th, 2024 - We were Hurricane Helene refugees from Augusta staying with our Locust Grove family. As a thank-you, for their help, we brought the whole family (6 of us) in for a departure meal. Time around 4 - 5pm We were seated in less than 10 mins, waited on, and served, all also quickly. Then repeatedly check on throughout the meal. As is usual for Jimmy's, everything was perfectly cooked, correctly seasoned, and we had a great, attentive waitress. Steaks, Fish and Chicken all cooked and tasted 10/10. The 2 side orders of Onion Rings were ordered Extra crispy and were delivered as ordered, and NOT oily. 10/10. ”

Most evenings, the place is full, yet they take your order timely, and the food arrives hot and fresh. I've lived in Jackson for 16 years and this is the most consistent restaurant in town. ”
“ My 1st visit here was AWESOME! Our server was Annabelle. She was SO SWEET, attentive, funny, kind, and efficient. As a first timer, I had several questions and she was patient and answered every one of them. The food was delicious, served nice and hot - and quick! - and everything was seasoned well. It's a great place for families or a date. Busy, but quiet enough for conversation. This was a great experience and I can't wait to return and try something else from the menu. ”
“ U ain't had fried green tomatoes if u ain't had jimmy's!!!! The best of the best!!! They have great steaks and great prices!!! I miss that amazing salad bar but over all great place. Get there early end of week bc it will be a full house!!! ”
